I am an empathetic and warm psychotherapist that aims to help clients find more satisfaction, meaning, and self-efficacy in their lives. I work with adolescents and adults with a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity formation, trauma, and grief. I also work with couples. I help people work through difficult feelings and build skills to improve their lives. I offer support that can facilitate greater insight and foster a sense of stability, security, and growth.
