I know it can feel disheartening when you're feeling stuck, together we can find steps towards the life you want. We'll learn to understand your struggles and build on strengths already present. I meet with adult individuals, families or couples seeking help and encouragement as they navigate their lives. Anxiety, depression, communicating needs, conflict in their partnership, stage of life transitions, parenting, intercultural relationships, premarital couples, dynamics within family of origin or in-laws, work/life balance and couples that identify as LGBTQIA+ are areas I'm familiar working within. Together we'll explore where things feel stuck and work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your mental health. I'm centered in an embodied, Ployvagal lens to increase awareness of our emotional reactivity.
