I can help you create meaningful and lasting change. I specialize in working with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety and depression, including the impact of attachment wounds, chronic stress and difficult life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and help clients move beyond insight alone by addressing how distressful experiences are stored in the nervous system and continue to affect emotions, relationships and self-perception. In addition to trauma and attachment work, I offer hormone informed care and understand how hormonal fluctuations can exacerbate anxiety, depression and unresolved trauma. I help clients process these experiences in a way that reduces emotional suffering and supports greater emotional balance and resilience.
