As someone who is part of both the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, I understand firsthand the importance of finding a therapist who truly sees and affirms all aspects of who you are. My practice is trauma-informed and neurodiverse affirming, recognizing that healing and unfolding happen within the context of safety, trust, and authentic connection.
