I create a nurturing and safe space where people can express themselves freely and explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I understand everyone communicates their feelings differently, and I utilize age-appropriate therapeutic techniques, including play therapy, art as therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, to engage with them effectively.
