Have you ever had the thought of starting therapy? Then immediately, you think that it's the scariest and most awkward idea you could ever have. "How could I possibly open up to a stranger?" you ask yourself. Well, if that isn't your thought process, it's actually mine. There's something inside of me that remembers we came to Earth to connect and be seen. Being truly seen is scary for almost everyone — even me. Together, we can normalize and practice how to be seen by others, and most importantly, by ourselves. Therapy can be a relaxed, fun, and transformative interaction. I'm up for the challenge of proving that to you.
