Therapy will not look like rehashing the same problems week after week and wondering why nothing changes. If you’ve tried therapy and left feeling disillusioned or stuck, you may be in the right place. My approach is empathetic and accountable, and my goal for you to be met with understanding and gentle challenges. In our first session, we will explore what you want to be different in your life, set goals, and return to them regularly so therapy stays purposeful and grounded in real change. Together, we’ll work through the obstacles that show up along the way by learning new ways to respond to what's happening internally. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate difficult experiences, we’ll focus on increasing awareness, creating internal shifts, and reconnecting with what truly matters to you.
