It is my goal to support you with warmth, curiosity, and humor in navigating the messiness of life, drawing from your own strengths and insights. I aim to foster a down to earth environment in which we can slow down, process, and work together to cultivate a life you can find both meaning and connection within. I really enjoy working with adults navigating relationships, challenging family dynamics, school and career related stressors, life transitions, grief, and women's issues.
