I specialize in working with older adolescents and adults undergoing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. I approach therapy with the understanding that each person is completely unique; therefore, I tailor my approach to best meet each individual's needs. Most of my clients are feeling stuck - whether they're stuck in anxiety, stuck in unhealthy relationships, or stuck in patterns that aren't letting them live their most fulfilled lives. I don't provide band-aids; I help my clients explore and understand WHY they're stuck, so they can create real, lasting changes.
