As we navigate pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, we are often challenged. Struggling during pregnancy. Feeling fearful as we prepare for our upcoming birth. Looking for a safe place to process birth trauma. Experiencing postpartum depression/anxiety. Difficulties adjusting to change. Seeking resolution about the past so we can be the kind of parents we want to be. Yearning to parent differently than we were raised, but not sure how. I will absolutely challenge you to do the work in these areas. And I will also be there to support you as you prioritize yourself and watch the rest of the pieces fall into place.
