I am a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified cognitive behavioral therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I am trained in several evidence-based therapy models with a particular expertise in the treatment of anxiety, OCD and related conditions. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults and parents during times of difficult life transitions or stress. My approach to therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented with the aim of promoting sustainable growth for my clients.
