My first priority is to offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empathetic presence to our work together. From there, I tailor the counseling process to your individual goals. I believe you already carry the capacity to build the life you want, and my role is to help you access that inner strength with the right guidance.
