Hi there, I'm Meredith Reagan. I’ve always had a deep passion for connecting with others and walking alongside them through life’s challenges, which naturally led me to the counseling field. I work with individuals who may be navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. They’re seeking support, grounding, and a path toward meaningful change. In therapy, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build healthy coping skills, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
