I work especially well with women, sexual and gender minorities, and nontraditional couples who know themselves deeply yet are searching for more in their lives and relationships. I help people of all backgrounds deepen their natural ability to be with life as it unfolds. I enjoy co-creating a compassionate and curious space for parts of my clients and experiences they aren’t ready to be alone with, and bringing gentle attention to aspects that are outside their awareness. I will offer my perspective, experience and knowledge while always respecting your autonomy as an individual. I am a systems and holistic thinker and together we will look at all areas of your life including the larger systems that we live in.
