Hello, I am Meredith Sary, a Licensed Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois with 18 years of experience. I worked in a variety of therapeutic settings with various populations spanning across the lifetime. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals across various life stages and backgrounds. I have worked with individuals and within therapy groups dealing with a wide variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, and relational problems. I can help you gain more clarity, more understanding, and form a plan of action, but therapy is not a magic pill that erases all issues. I will be there every step of the way if you are up for the challenge to achieve the outcome you want.
