I specialize in women's mental health (i.e., perinatal mental health, infertility, PMDD, perimenopause/menopause, etc.), anxiety disorders, and psychological trauma and have over 18 years of clinical experience as a licensed psychologist. I create a safe space for you to openly discuss your difficulties, while also teaching you concrete, evidence-based tools to help you leave our sessions feeling empowered to start feeling better and to meet your mental health and wellness goals.
