I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges in life, whether it’s feeling “stuck,” feeling lost, experiencing relationship issues, feeling overwhelmed with stress, struggling with your past and or future, or experiencing self-doubt/shame. I strive to create a safe environment that allows room to embrace these challenges, while also fostering a path towards healing. I have experience treating individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.
