Welcome! I’m Meredith Stoner Heath (she/her), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois. It’s not easy to accept help or to open up to someone new. I believe that when clients feel safe and accepted, they are able to make the most significant change, so I strive to provide an empathetic and compassionate environment that is free from judgment, where clients can feel open to sharing their feelings and struggles. During our sessions, we will work together to develop personalized goals that help you achieve the changes you want to see in your life and enhance your overall health and well-being. In our first session together, we will begin with introductions to each other and to therapy in general. You may have questions about me or the therapy process, so this is a good time to ask those questions. Then we will discuss the concerns that brought you to counseling in more depth, and we may explore aspects of your personal history.
