I am a licensed social worker with experience providing therapy to adults who are looking to make changes in their life. I believe therapy is a useful tool to learn new ways of coping with challenges and to gain insight into our self, our relationships, and life experiences that shape who we are as people and how we live our lives. My current practice has been focused working with adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression and coping with difficult challenges in life, such as life transitions, career concerns, family conflicts, or relationship stress.
