Reaching out for help can be difficult and overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I have extensive experience working with young adults, parents and families, particularly around parenting struggles and behavioral concerns with children. Having spent many years working in schools, I understand the complexities of children and adolescence and the unique needs of both young individuals and their caregivers. While much of my work has focused on younger people and their families, I'm also drawn to working with older adults and exploring the transitions and emotional experiences that come with aging.
