Hi! My name is Meridith, and I'm a fully remote solution-focused therapist. Therapy with me is a creative and compassionate exploration of the self — a space to get curious, reconnect with your values, and rediscover what inspires you. We’ll work toward befriending your authentic self, learning new skills, and alchemizing pain or perceived failure into opportunities for growth and meaning. I love incorporating creative interventions — art, music, movement, and storytelling — to help clients tap into emotion, expression, and insight in ways words sometimes can’t. I do not provide on call or crisis services. I specialize in supporting ADHD brains, couples, families, woman's issues, parents, creatives and philosophers. I like to use DBT skills, Parts Work perspective, Narrative Therapy and Self Compassion Focused interventions.
