I help adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode—often shaped by trauma and amplified by life experiences. Therapy with me is a space to exhale, get honest, and build real tools. We’ll calm the nervous system, untangle racing thoughts, and practice boundaries that protect your peace. My goal is empowerment: helping you find or return to your authentic self and release the beliefs and thoughts that don’t serve you anymore.
