We all have untapped resilience. Adversity can be a gift. As a therapist my goal is to help you live your life with more agency, healthier relationships and increased joy. Change is possible at any stage of life. We are all life-long learners. We begin to change when we feel understood. In the early pandemic when sessions were all remote, I was surprised at the intimacy and versatility of that format. But nothing can replace meeting face-to-face in a room, so I now work both remote and in-person. Either way, it's a fair question: Who doesn't still feel the need for human contact?
