Hi! Thank you for being here. Therapy is a journey, and even being on this page represents a significant step. Whether you’re an individual, couple, throuple, polycule, or friendship unit, you have a place here and I’m excited to work with you! Therapy is often difficult and vulnerable, as well as tender and joyful. I strive to embrace all of these pieces, so our work together will likely involve a shared smile or two in between the heavier moments.
