I specialize in supporting women who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, feeling overstimulated and overwhelmed. I also assist people struggling with everyday life issues. I am trained in EMDR which reduces negative emotion associated with trauma and perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing has drastically changed how I approach trauma and has made a world of difference for the people I work with. Most of the people I work with need validation, insight and support and sometimes struggle with reaching out for help.
