I approach therapy with the view that context, culture, and connection are vital aspects of one's emotional well-being and vitality. I also see that many times, relationships can bring out some of our most difficult patterns and conflicts. I enjoy helping people become aware of the stories they have of themselves, understand how these dynamics came to be, and learn to rework them to feel more settled and authentic in themselves and more connected in their relationships.
