I love working with people who are ready to do the work, even if they still have strong defenses or aren’t sure where to begin. My ideal clients are middle-aged adults navigating anxiety, identity shifts, and life transitions, and children recovering from trauma, including sexual abuse and sex trafficking. I especially connect with clients in the contemplation or action stage, who may not have all the answers but know something needs to shift. I value honesty, even when it’s messy, and offer a nonjudgmental space for healing. Clients come to explore their potential, find clarity, and build a more grounded, fulfilling life.
