I am a non-binary, queer, and neurodivergent therapist, teacher, and parent. I offer affirming, trauma-informed therapy that is relational, emotion-focused, and systemically grounded. My approach emphasizes building trust and safety as we collaborate on goals that foster growth, healing, and deeper connection. You’ll find a welcoming space designed for those often left out of healing due to systemic barriers. I support individuals and relationships navigate trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, gender transitions, life purpose, grief, and loss.
