About

I am a psychotherapist with clinical and academic training in social work and women’s and gender studies. My work stems from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and critical social work perspective, and centers on collective relationship building. My approach to therapy is relational at its core and recognizes our need for connectivity with other beings, with ourselves, and with our environments. I have a warm and eclectic approach to therapy and use various methods to help support my clients.
