Committing to change can difficult. I work with clients to guide them through tough times, increase insight and provide tools to increase resiliency. I help clients develop tools to manage thoughts, feelings and relationship challenges. My style is accepting while providing direct feedback. Some of the areas I specialize in are; anxiety and depression, relational trauma, pornography addiction, problematic sexual behavior, attachment issues and workplace skill development. This trauma can be a result of parent/child relationships. Sibling or other familial relationships and from past or current romantic partners. I utilize an attachment based approach along with EFT or emotionally focused therapy to help couples, partners and family increase relational skills.
