Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, grief, shame, or old patterns that they cannot seem to break. In our sessions you will have room to slow down, reflect, and release the weight of what you have been carrying. We aim to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the life you want, both personally and professionally. We are a group practice led by Rebecca, an LICSW, and Julianne, an LMHC, offering Tuesday and Friday telehealth appointments with the goal of providing accessible, supportive therapy for all patients.
