My approach to the therapeutic process is to help others find the unique talents and gifts they already possess within themselves. From this framework, I employ a diverse approach, utilizing research-proven methods including: a strengths-based perspective, a client-centered approach, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, serving a multi-cultural and wide range of socio-economic backgrounds. By introducing you to these systems, we as a team can then begin work on overcoming such obstacles as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, anger management problems, substance abuse struggles, as well as a myriad of other hurdles.
