As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I offer a holistic, mind–body approach to therapy, helping adults reconnect with themselves on every level—thoughts, emotions, and the wisdom stored within the body. My work focuses on trauma, panic, OCD, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the tender places where life feels overwhelming. With specialized training in substance use counseling, I also support clients navigating mild to moderate struggles with alcohol or other substances.
