I began my career working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Through this work, I came to understand that substance use is often a coping response to deeper emotional pain rather than the core issue itself. Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, difficult family relationships, low self-esteem, past trauma, life transitions, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. I am especially passionate about helping clients who have been impacted by narcissistic relationships that can leave people feeling confused, self-doubting, or emotionally depleted .
