Hi there! My name is Meryl, and I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I enjoy helping individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression, as well as managing the day to day challenges of life. I often work with individuals from the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, and I am sensitive to the struggles and needs of these populations. I utilize evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, DBT/mindfulness, and person-centered therapy in conjunction with having a non-judgmental and caring perspective.
