I deeply believe at the heart of human nature lies an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and healing. I also believe healing is not something we were meant to do alone. There are times when we need guidance and support to help navigate the challenges that keep us feeling stuck. While our individual struggles are unique, we all carry wounded parts of ourselves, emotional blockages, fears, desires, and yearnings. My goal is to help you explore and understand various parts of yourself, and unwind the patterns and fears that stand in the way of living a more fulfilling, balanced, and spacious life.
