I have worked in the social work field for approximately 30 years. I received my Master of Social Work degree from New York University in 1996 and received a Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy at the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in 2014. I believe in helping clients work through their everyday challenges in their lives, using a variety of treatment modalities in a non-judgmental, supportive, and comfortable environment. These modalities include, but are not limited to insight oriented, trauma focused (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapies.
