I believe in empowering clients to cultivate self-compassion and resilience as they navigate their challenges. I hold graduate certifications in both Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My therapeutic style is grounded in the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which emphasizes emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Creating safe spaces where disappointments, shame, or fear can be processed through is my goal as a therapist. Whether it's working with young adults, families, or couples the goal is to create change that is tailor made for the individual or family unit. My therapeutic style is authentic, warm, and inviting; and I work from a strengths-based perspective that promotes inner healing and self-compassion.
