We take a person-centered approach when working with clients; you are the expert on your life, and we are here to guide you to a place of healing. We are skilled in combination of techniques and use an affirming approach to help you take ownership of your life. When working on trauma, we help you make peace with the past to stop allowing it to define your future. Life has a way of knocking us down but remembering that we have the power to get back up is what makes all the difference. Availability and insurances accepted varies by counselor. We help our clients decrease life stressors, balance life and work, and gain a sense of clarity. We enjoy helping people overcome their life stressors and traumas to be more empowered in their lives.
