Are you having challenges and looking for support? You may be experiencing day to day stresses, or you may have some deeper issues to process. We all need help at times. I became a therapist because I love helping people and seeing individuals overcome obstacles, heal from adverse experiences and live an abundant life. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or other concern, there is hope. Life WILL get better. We will work as a team to help you to be successful, and find peace "amidst the storms of life". I am empathetic and have a warm, open, non-judgmental style of communication. I will help you to create treatment goals, identify barriers, and learn coping skills. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, ADHD, relationship issues, and trauma. If desired by the client, I offer counseling from a Christian perspective.
