It is my personal belief that when individuals experience any Stress, Anxiety, Panic, or Trauma - they feel that life is unraveling and discouraging. For the past 20 years, I have been helping patients heal and learn to overcome life's unexpected challenges. I enjoy developing "specific plans" for patients personal needs. I encourage all my patients to learn healthy ways of changing negative perceptions about themselves. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and also help train other practitioners.
