Therapy should feel like a long exhale, a place where rest and peace are a given. When therapy offers refuge, growth is almost inevitable. It's my goal and my joy to offer such a place to my clients. Together, we'll create an environment that allows you to let down your guard, and get to know yourself better. You'll develop the insight and tools you need to shift how you think, feel, and connect with others. It's a place to do the brave work of becoming who you truly are. I especially enjoy working with women who have outgrown their old ways, and are ready to step into their new ones.
