I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and work with clients throughout Connecticut via telehealth. Life is full of turns, curves, and challenges and our time together can unlock possibilities, potentials, and peace. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, and sleep issues. I also have extensive experience, 33 years, in helping children and adolescents manage their emotions, enhance their self-esteem, and tackle issues impacting their school success.
