Do you feel like there is a constant weight on your chest, a knot in your throat, or a pit in your stomach? These can be signs your body is holding on to your stress and pain. Through somatic, mindfulness based work we can release that together. I come to therapy with a social justice, person-centered orientation. I believe that you are the expert in your own experience. My mission is to gently guide you through your experiences with a touch of humor and light heartedness. I'm excited to get to know you!
