I approach therapy relationally and with warmth and openness. I practice with clients in their adolescence and emerging adult hood (Teens-30s), a period of rapid growth and change in family, education, career, relationships, and identity. I work well with clients who seek insight and confidence in their own sense of self, and are working towards a life that is fulfilling. My work draws from several modalities including psychodynamic and person-centered theories, and I also incorporate elements from CBT and DBT. We will work collaboratively to build a positive working relationship and therapeutic approach.
