About

I'm a marriage and family therapist who has worked with teens and adults since 2020. Before working in private practice, I worked in community mental health. I provide therapy for improving relationships and healing from trauma. I draw from my background in evidence-based practices, my clinical expertise, and own lived experiences. I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with repetitive patterns, emotional distance and trauma. I integrate parts work, EFT and Narrative Therapy. I am a trauma informed therapist & my approach is attachment-based and centered around cultural humility.
