Each of us is innately wired with a capacity for change and growth. I’m a strengths-based therapist who will work with you to identify places of stuckness while leveraging the strengths and resources that are already part of who you are towards the growth you want. I specialize in somatic therapy and have experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I strive to create a supportive environment where you can bring your whole self, including the messy, imperfect, and ashamed parts that we often hide from the world. I use a personalized approach drawing on a variety of interventions from both cognitive and body-based frameworks. I work with adults, young adults, LGBTQ2IA+, and neurodivergent clients.
