Hi, My name is Mieszka (mee yesh' kah) but please feel free to call me Mia. I am passionate about helping people navigate trauma, whether from childhood or adulthood. I work with clients who have experienced trauma as a first responder, military veteran, intimate partner violence, and also accidents or natural disaster. I am an Army Veteran and have witnessed firsthand the loss of identity following traumatic experiences and the isolation as the world continues spinning without consideration for your trauma.
