I am very passionate about helping people learn what they need, during different seasons and transitions in life. You have all the answers within. I am here as a helpful guide. You are in the driver's seat and know your own owner's manual. I start out in the passenger seat reflecting back, using client-centered approaches, and body-based strategies to help you become more familiar with what you likely already know within. Eventually I move to the back seat to encourage you along the way. Over time, I become a cheerleader outside of the car. I really enjoy working with those who want to learn more about themselves and grow each day.
