About

I have a Psychology degree from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Psychology degree from Antioch University. I'm a licensed therapist and have tremendous experience working with the youth along with teens and adults. A major focus in my work has been surrounded upon improving mental health through developing coping skills, anxiety management and helping to aid growth within the family system. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I am incredibly passionate about the therapy process which comes with empowering others.
